Ms. Aakanksha Chitnis - Gupte
Ms. Aakanksha Chitnis-Gupte is the Director and Co-founder of FutuReady. She works as an SLP and actively mentors her team of professionals, parents and caregivers based on the family centred approaches, DIR/Floortime® and Hanen Programs®. She also works in association with few schools and guides the service providing team to work in a coherent, multi-disciplinary manner. Ms. Aakanksha is speech language pathologist with an educational background of Bachelor of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (BASLP) from Manipal College of Allied Health Sciences, Manipal University and MASLP from Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University's School of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology, Pune. With a work experience of 9 years, she has inculcated immense interest in intervention of children with autism, developmental delays, language disorders and social language difficulties.
Ms. Aakanksha is a trained and certified Hanen therapist for More Than Words® — The Hanen Program® for Parents of Children With Autism Spectrum Disorder or Social Communication Difficulties and It Takes Two to Talk® — The Hanen Program® for Parents of Children with Language Delays. As an Oral Placement Therapist she works with oral motor, sensory and feeding issues of children. She is certified in providing the DIR/Floortime® approach for intervention of children with autism spectrum disorder. She has also received training from the PROMPT Institute to help children with Apraxia of speech and articulation disorders. To add uniqueness to her work, Aakanksha incorporates her learnings from the Therapeutic Listening Program to help children. She is a trained and certified provider of the SCERTS framework model to help children with ASD.

Through her creation of educational podcasts, she bridges understanding between professionals and caregivers in the world of autism. Dr. Sakshi Bhatia
Dr. Sakshi Bhatia is the Director and Co-founder of FutuReady. She is an Occupational Therapist and has an experience of 8 years. She also has an experience in Orthopedics, Neurology, and Mental Health. Sakshi has completed her graduation, Bachelors in Occupational Therapy (BOT) from Manipal University, Karnataka in 2013.
Sakshi is passionate about helping children with additional needs and their families and has a strong interest in working with children with autism, developmental delays and language disorders. Sakshi is an internationally recognized Sensory Integration Therapist from the University of Southern California, 2016. She is also certified in Therapeutic Listening Program to help children with various developmental challenges. She is a trained and certified provider of the SCERTS​ framework model to help children with ASD.
